SPARKS, Nev. (AP) — Two Sparks police officers were justified when they fatally shot a woman who pointed a gun at them at her home near an elementary school, Washoe County District Attorney Dick Gammick said in a report released Thursday.
I think that often people are too hard on cops. We will accuse them of using their firearms when we don't know the situations. This is a problem because now cops have to be worried about what the public is going to think about them when they use firearms.

Yeah I agree with Alan. If I was in that situation I would probably have fired my gun too. Its basic fight or flight instincts and I think to be a cop you gotta be 90% fight. They do things that I know I could never do.
